Tuna and Carrot Salad
Be surprised by amazing little salad. This is a super quick and tasty side dish if you'd like to add a bit of colour on your table or enjoy as a healthy snack on its own. Just chop a carrot and mix the tuna with the sauce and it's ready to eat!

Slice a carrot into a small stick shape
1 Carrot
▢
Place cling wrap over loosely then microwave (600w) for 2 mins 30 secs
800W > 1 min 50 secs
1000W > 1 min 30 secs
▢
Put the carrot onto a paper towel to drain the excess moisture
▢
Mix all the sauce ingredients then add into a bowl with the carrot
1 tin Tuna in Spring Water,
1 tbsp Soy Sauce,
½ tbsp Lemon Juice,
1 tsp Sesame Oil,
1 tsp Sesame,
1 pinch Stock Powder,
1 pinch Sugar,
1 tbsp Olive Oil
