Place the meat into the sauce and putting a cling wrap loosely then microwave (600w) for 3 mins.800W > 2 mins 15 secs1000W > 1 mins 50 secs
Turn over the meat carefully
Place cling wrap loosely over. Microwave (600w) for 3 mins and put it aside for 10 mins to allow to cook with residual heat800W > 2 mins 15 secs1000W > 1 mins 50 secs
Continue cooking the sauce a further 2 or 3 minutes at 600w until the sauce is thickened (see photo)800W > 2 mins 15 secs1000W > 1 mins 50 secs
