Ingredients

  • 600 g Potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Eggs (from refrigerator )
  • 2 Sausage (any kind )
  • 100 g Soy Sauce
  • 80 g Brown sugar
  • 5 g Salt
  • 2 g pepper
  • 50 g Mayonnaise
  • 20 g Sesame

Instructions
 

  • washing potato rapping with kitchen paper put in to microwave 8min.untill potato have to be cooked .after cooked potato keep with rapping .
  • chopping onion to make 2cm size square.chopping sausage
  • soy sauce and sugar and salt into bawl mix well, and into onion as well.mix well together.put into microwave 600w 2min.when its ready onion become clear color.then put into sausages again .microwave 1min.again mix well.
  • from refrigerator egg into small bawl.make boiling water .boiling water into egg.cover to this egg inside bawl.waiting over 15min.
  • take out potato from rapping chopping mix with onion and sausages sauce.
  • When plating take out egg from bawl to cracking shell.finish decoration with roast sesame.
