Simple Fried Rice

The exact origins of fried rice are lost to history. It's believed that it was invented sometime during the Sui dynasty (A.D. 589–618). It is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat.
Here is a version of that most satisfying dish that is quick and easy to make.
