  • 1 cup Rice

Vinegar mixture

  • 2 tsp Vinegar(A)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar(A)
  • 1 tbsp Salt(A)
  • 1 sheet Japanese Nori seaweed sheet
  • 1 cut Salmon
  • 1 cut Tuna
  • 1 cut Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce


  • Ingredients Overview
    Mix the Vinegar mixture (A) well then put it into the rice and mix well. Put it aside and cool it down.
    Cut salmon, tuna, and cucumber into 1 cm width into a stick shape
  • Put the seaweed sheet on a sushi mat, and spread the rice on it (leave a space 2-3 cm around the edges). Put salmon, tuna, and cucumber on the rice and roll it tightly.
  • Cut it into 1 cm wide.
