Salmon and Tuna Sushi Roll

- 1 cup Rice
Vinegar mixture
- 2 tsp Vinegar(A)
- 1 tbsp Sugar(A)
- 1 tbsp Salt(A)
- 1 sheet Japanese Nori seaweed sheet
- 1 cut Salmon
- 1 cut Tuna
- 1 cut Cucumber
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Ingredients OverviewMix the Vinegar mixture (A) well then put it into the rice and mix well. Put it aside and cool it down.Cut salmon, tuna, and cucumber into 1 cm width into a stick shape
- Put the seaweed sheet on a sushi mat, and spread the rice on it (leave a space 2-3 cm around the edges). Put salmon, tuna, and cucumber on the rice and roll it tightly.
- Cut it into 1 cm wide.
