Potato and Tuna Warm Salad
Feels like one more dish to add? This warm salad is satisfying and heaty for a cool weather.
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 Potatoes
- ½ Onion
- 1.5 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 90 g Canned tuna
- 100 g Water
- 5 g Spring Onion
- Ingredients OverviewChop potatoes into cubes with bite sizes.Slice the onion thinly
- Put olive oil into a frying pan with middle heat, and add Soy sauce and sugar. Fry them until onion become slightly translucent.
- Put the tuna, water and cooked vegetables together and mix well. Bring it to a boil, and put the lid on it. Until potatoes become soft, boil them for about 10 min.
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped spring onions.
