Ingredients

  • 300 g Cabbage
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 10 g Otafuku Sauce
  • 10 g Mayonnaise
  • 5 g Bonito flakes

  • Ingredients Overview
    Cut cabbage and spring onion into fine pieces
    300 g Cabbage, 1 Spring Onion
  • Put water and plain flour into a bowl and mix well.
    150 ml Water, 100 g Plain Flour
  • Add other ingredients and mix roughly, not mixing too much
    1 Egg, 100 g Bacon
  • Pour a little oil on a frying pan on medium heat, then frying 2 scoops of the batter. Wait until turn into a beautiful brown
  • Turn it over and then frying the other side
  • Spread Otafuku sauce and drizzle mayonnaise. Put dried bonito for serving
    10 g Otafuku Sauce, 10 g Mayonnaise, 5 g Bonito flakes
