Quick Keema Curry

This Keema Curry will appeal to everyone. It's a quick and easy meal that is also delicious! Just chop up some vegetables into your favourite microwaveable dish to create an instant lunch that will have you feeling satisfied.
Best of all, you can even freeze any leftovers after creating them for that last-minute party or family get-together (which can happen more often than we think!).

Ingredients

  • 150 g Pork Mince (Alt. Beef or Veal mince)
  • 50 g Brown onion
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 2 blocks Japanese Curry Mix (You can buy at a big supermarket or asian grocery shop)

Sauce

  • ½ tin Diced tomato (Around 200g)
  • ½ tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Stock Powder (any kinds)
  • Salt and Pepper

Equipment

1 Microwave safe dish
1 Food Processor
1 Silicone Spatula

Instructions
 

  • Ingredients overview
  • Chop an onion and carrot finely in a food processor
    50 g Brown onion, 50 g Carrot
  • Put a mince and chopped vegetables in a microwave sage bowl
    150 g Pork Mince
  • Mix all ingredients for the sauce, then pour into the bowl and mix well. Put Japanese Curry Mix on the mixture then cover with cling wrap.
    Cook in a microwave at 600W for 10mins
    800W > 7mins 30secs
    1000W > 6mins
    ½ tin Diced tomato, ½ tbsp Tomato Sauce, ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Stock Powder, Salt and Pepper, 2 blocks Japanese Curry Mix
  • =CAUTION - Glassware is very hot=
    Take the bowl out of the microwave then mix well.
    Serve the curry with rice or pasta.
