Mix with Cream Cheese with Sugar until become smooth
100 g Cream cheese,
45 g Sugar

Add all other ingredients and mix well with a whisk
100 mL Fresh Cream,
1 Egg,
15 g Plain Flour,
½ tbsp Lemon Juice

Pour the cheese mixture into a microwave safe bowl
▢
Putting a cling wrap loosely then microwave (600w) for 2 mins 30 secs.
800W > 1 min 50 secs
1000W > 1 min 30 secs
▢
Rest in a fridge for more than 2 hours and ready to serve
