Don't need to bake, No oven. Just mix, microwave and sleep in a fridge. You can prepare in a morning and it will be ready when you come back home from work!

Ingredients

  • 100 g Cream cheese (At Room Temperature)
  • 45 g Sugar
  • 100 mL Fresh Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 15 g Plain Flour
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Ingredients overview
  • Mix with Cream Cheese with Sugar until become smooth
    100 g Cream cheese, 45 g Sugar
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well with a whisk
    100 mL Fresh Cream, 1 Egg, 15 g Plain Flour, ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Pour the cheese mixture into a microwave safe bowl
  • Putting a cling wrap loosely then microwave (600w) for 2 mins 30 secs.
    800W > 1 min 50 secs
    1000W > 1 min 30 secs
  • Rest in a fridge for more than 2 hours and ready to serve
