Double Cooked Pork

This recipe is great for any time of the day. It takes only 4 minutes to make, but it's sure going to leave your taste buds satisfied. You can eat this dish with rice or flat bread (trust me - just try both!). If you're feeling really hungry then I recommend making more than one serving so when lunchtime comes around again...you'll have something delicious waiting on hand.
Great for dinner or as a fabulous leftover lunch. This simple preparation won't disappoint - I know because my Mum used to cook it every day when we were kids (she's even making it for us these days!).
