Noodles can be one of the cheapest and most satisfying meals to eat. This age old food has now been adapted in a super fast way to create a meal for one or many. You can cook this delicious stit-fry noodle dish under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Steamed Noodles (You can get these from an asian grocery shop)
  • 100 g Sliced pork
  • 50 g Cabbage
  • ½ Green Capsicums

First Sauce

  • tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Stock Powder

Second Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper

  • Ingredients Overview
  • Slice pork and chop cabbage and capsicum
    100 g Sliced pork
  • Mix all ingredients for the first sauce
    1½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Oyster Sauce, ½ tbsp Stock Powder
  • Place noodles into a microwave safe bowl. Add pork, cabbage and capsicum on top. Pour the first sauce
    2 packs Steamed Noodles
  • Place cling wrap loosely over and microwave (600w) for 5 mins 50 secs.
    800W > 4 mins 20 secs
    1000W > 3 mina 30 secs
  • Mix all ingredients for the second sauce then mix well with the noodles
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, Salt & Pepper
