5 Steps Tomato Risotto

This risotto does not require any techniques or having to keep stirring a pot for a long time. Put the ingredients in, mix, then put it into a microwave!
Risotto is originally a northern Italian rice dish cooked with broth until it reaches a creamy consistency. The broth can be derived from meat, fish, or vegetables.
Nice warm and cosy risotto can be a snack or a lunch.

Group A

  • ½ Tomato
  • cup Uncooked Rice
  • ½ Bacon
  • 1 tsp Stock Powder
  • ½ tsp Olive Oil
  • 100 mL Water

Group B

  • 50 mL Milk
  • 5 g Cheese

  • Dice tomatoe
    ½ Tomato
  • Put (A) into a microwave safe bowl and mix well
    ½ Tomato, ⅓ cup Uncooked Rice, ½ Bacon, 1 tsp Stock Powder, ½ tsp Olive Oil, 100 mL Water
  • Place cling wrap loosely then cook in a microwave at 600W for 8 min
    800W > 6min
    1000W > 4min 50secs
  • Put (B) then mix well
    50 mL Milk, 5 g Cheese
  • Place cling wrap loosely then cook in a microwave at 600W for 5 min
    800W > 3min 45secs
    1000W > 3min
